I sent the wrong amount
Once a transfer is confirmed, it's not possible to change the amount or cancel it in most cases.
🔍 Always double-check the recipient's details before you click 'Confirm and Send'.
Manual Bank Transfer (EEA/UK) - Incorrect Amount
If you're using Manual Bank Transfer and entered the wrong amount, here's what happens:
✔️ If you haven't sent the funds yet:
- Go to 'Transfers' and select the relevant transfer
- Tap 'Help & More' and choose 'Cancel transfer'
📌 If you have already sent an incorrect amount:
- The transfer will be declined automatically
- Once the status is updated, the funds will be returned to your bank account
- Typically, it takes up to 3 business days
