Can I get my money back if I send it to the wrong person or phone number?
Paysend Libre is designed for instant money transfers, so once a payment is sent, it usually can’t be reversed. That’s why it’s important to double-check your recipient’s details before confirming the transfer.
To help avoid mistakes, we recommend selecting your recipient directly from your phone’s contact list rather than typing in their number manually. The Paysend app will also automatically prevent transfers to unsupported locations.
If you accidentally send money to the wrong person, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. If the payment hasn’t been accepted yet, we’ll do everything we can to cancel it and return the funds to you.
