Why is my transfer taking so long?

Most transfers are completed within minutes, but delays can happen.

Here are some possible reasons for delivery delays.

• Card and wallet transfers: Usually within minutes, but may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases.
• Bank transfers: Usually arrive within 1 working day, depending on the destination country and time of the day.

📅 Delays are more common:

• outside of business hours
• during bank holidays or weekends.

Internal procedures: The recipient's bank may have internal procedures that require to verify your recipient.
