Here are some steps you can take to resolve common issues:

🔄 Update your app: Check that you're using the latest version of the app. Updates include important bug fixes and new features that help transfers run smoothly

🌐 Check your Internet connection: If you're using Wi-Fi or mobile data, make sure the signal is consistent 

💳  Sufficient Funds: Ensure that your card or account has enough available funds to cover the full amount. 

📄 Submit any requested documents: For certain transactions, additional verifcation may be needed. If requested, upload the documents through the app to avoid delays. 

If you're based in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, you can change your sending country while making a transfer. In other regions, your card country must match your registration country.
