How long will it take to review my documents?

After you submit your documents or information for automated verification, it usually takes a few moments to get verified. For more in-depth verification, the process may take about 24 hours.

The verification time may be affected by:

• the verification type — some types can be completed automatically, some need to be processed manually with the help of our verification specialists
• the quality of the information you shared — if the information is not enough or of poor quality, we might have to re-request some data; check out this article to learn more about the quality requirements.

How to stay updated?

• Make sure the email address in your profile is correct.
• Turn on PUSH notifications for the Paysend app.
• Check your inbox for updates, including the 'Spam' and 'Promo' folders.
