Can a money request be cancelled?

If a money request hasn't been paid, it can easily be cancelled either by a payer or by a recipient of the funds. Here's what you will need to do:

1. Go to the ‘Transfers’ tab in the app or the ‘Requests’ tab on the website.
2. Choose the pending request by tapping or clicking on it.
3. Press on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose the 'Decline request' or 'Cancel request' option.

Please note:

• If unpaid, a money request is cancelled automatically within 30 days.
• It's not possible to cancel a request if the sender has tried to pay for it and their payment is being processed.
