How to send money from your bank account with Trustly?

You can easily send money from your bank account using Easy bank transfer (Trustly)*. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to the 'Transfers' section and tap 'Send'.
2. Choose the destination country and the currency you’d like to send (available currencies depend on the specific transfer corridor).
3. Select how the money should be received — options may vary depending on the sending and receiving countries.
4. Enter the recipient’s details (person or business).
5. Type the amount you’d like to send or the amount you want your recipient to receive.
6. Choose 'Easy bank transfer' as your payment method.
7. Review all details carefully, then press 'Confirm & Send'.
8. Select your bank from the list provided.
9. Confirm the payment in your banking app or on your bank’s website.

Important details:

• If your bank doesn’t appear in the list, please choose from the available options.
• Transfers made through Trustly may take up to 3 business days to be processed. As soon as the funds reach Paysend, we’ll forward them to your recipient.
• The time it takes for the money to appear in the recipient’s account depends on their bank — it could be within minutes or up to 3 working days.

*The Easy bank transfer (Trustly) option is currently only available in: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.
