To accept a money transfer request follow these steps: 

1) Locating the transfer request:

• To find the transfer request in the app, navigate to the Transfers section on the home page;
• When logging in online, access the Requests section.

Once you have located the request, you can click on it to view specific details, such as the amount, name, reference, and expiry date.

2) Paying the transfer request:

• Click on Pay to view the request details, including the final charge and credit amount, fee information, and terms of crediting the funds;
• You have the option to manually enter your card details or utilise one of your linked cards;
• Thoroughly review all the details and confirm the payment.
