How do I send a transfer through Paysend?

Sending money with Paysend is quick and straightforward. Paysend makes online money transfers fast, simple and secure, wherever you are.

Follow these simple steps to make a transfer:

1. Log in or sign up for a Paysend account.
2. Go to the 'Transfers' section and select 'Send'.
3. Choose 'New recipient details' to add a new recipient — you can send money to yourself, to someone else, or to a company.
4. Select the recipient's country and how you’d like to send your transfer — to a card, bank account, cash pickup, or digital wallet.
5. Enter your recipient’s details using Latin (English) letters only. Avoid special symbols.
6. Enter the transfer amount or check the exchange rate before sending.
7. Choose your payment method — you can pay by card, bank account, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or online banking.
8. Review your details carefully and click 'Confirm & Send'.

I don't see the 'Send' button

If you don't have the 'Send' button in your Paysend app, it means sending money isn’t yet available in your country.

You can still use Paysend to request money from friends or family in supported countries — an easy way to stay connected and manage your international payments.
