What you’ll be doing

We are looking to strengthen our FP&A team based out of London with a commercial FP&A Analyst.

• You will directly work with our Business and Product teams  to develop great, market leading and highly profitable products that delight our customers.
• You will support monthly reporting on partners and margins by business line as well as the strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Together with the head of FP&A you will contribute to board and investor deliverables and the related modeling.
• You will play an instrumental role in understanding key business drivers and deviations/variances from Budgets. 

This is a role with a high degree of autonomy and C-level exposure. Reporting to the Head of FP&A (also based in London), you will have full visibility of the company, interact with the founders, the CFO and you will be part of our global expansion efforts.

What you’ll need to be successful in the role

•  University degree + ACCA or similar accounting qualification. MBA/CFA are a plus
•  Sharp, commercial and quantitative, data-driven mindset
•  Strong people, communication and presentation skills
•  Self-starter attitude and a complete ownership mindset
•  High degree of resilience paired with intellectual curiosity
• Able to navigate through uncertainty and be able to perform well in ambiguous situations
•  3 – 5 years of work experience, ideally in fintech or a startup environment. Payments or banking experience would be a plus
• Familiarity with accounting systems e.g. NetSuite would be advantageous
• Commercial Finance/FP&A experience is a must
