CRM Executive



As a CRM Executive at Paysend , you are the voice of Paysend when talking to our customers around the world; You’ll be instrumental to developing CRM campaigns and delivering complex marketing automations effectively to enhance customer experiences. You’ll sit within the Global CRM team but work closely with various stakeholders across the business, including Engineering, regional, product and data team. You are someone who cannot wait to check results and metrics after launching the campaign and are excited and eager driving results, new ideas and tools. 

The role:

  • Support the CRM Manager with the development of global CRM lifecycle strategy, including multi-channel automations and triggered campaigns from creation to execution and reporting
  • Plan, execute and optimise BAU CRM campaigns and coordinate content, creative and copywriting with the product team to ensure messages are targeted to relevant customer segments.
  • Run a continuous programme of A/B testing and segmentation optimisation across all touchpoints and report regularly to internal stakeholders.
  • Follow the internal QA process to ensure consistency and accuracy in campaign send-outs.
  • Maximize the utilization of Braze capabilities to their fullest potential throughout the entire process.
  • Perform comprehensive competitor analysis, gaining insights into the broader market performance of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channels.
  • Summarize findings in a well-structured presentation for strategic discussions and decision-making.

About you

  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to details 
  • Organised and critical thinker and the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (Braze or similar is a plus!)
  • Excellent understanding of analytics and using data to help shape business and campaign decisions
  • Strong time management with the ability to manage projects and prioritise
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other regulations governing customer data privacy and protection
