Business Operations Manager(Network and Partnership)


What's the role about

We are looking for and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our  Network and Partnership team here at Paysend. You will  be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitor, review and resolve Paysend partner business operation related issues and requests daily
  • Coordinate and work closely every day with Paysend Global technology and support team for timely resolution of Paysend partner and end user transaction related matters
  • Prepare daily Transaction status analysis report for each partner in the region to know the overall success ratio and to minimize failures going forward
  • Prepare weekly Business analysis report to identify key performing corridors and growth for the Business Head
  • Develop, introduce, and implement processes and procedures regarding Paysend partner operational processes in line with Company requirements
  • Overall responsibility for the delivery of Regional Operations driven projects, as well as the Operations work streams within broader business projects
  • Effective day-to-day management of Partner Business Operations in the region aligned with Paysend internal teams to ensure cohesive delivery of services
  • Work with internal stakeholders to deliver new and enhanced products and services within the operations function
  • Responsible for ensuring all regulatory, legislative, and operational standards and codes of practice are met and that adequate checks, monitoring and controls are in place
  • Responsible for Paysend partner (new and existing) due diligence in all aspects
  • Timely execution of new partner due diligence deliverables during onboarding
  • Ensuring that risk indicators are monitored and reported and escalated appropriately

What you’ll need to be successful in the role

  • 3+ years of experience as Operations manager
  • Degree in business or finance (desired)
  • Strong experience collaborating with other business areas to meet company objectives and strategy
  • Demonstrable experience of operations strategy implementation
  • Experience in supporting IT development with external IT providers (internal & external)
  • Proven experience in driving operational improvements through effective change management
  • Detailed understanding of the interaction of process management and credit risk at operational and strategic levels
  • Strong legislative, compliance legislation and Anti-Money Laundering knowledge essential
  • Well versed in Power-point and excel
