How to change my phone number?

Depending on your Paysend account specifications, you might have the option to edit your mobile phone number yourself.

To change your phone number via the app:

1. Open the app.
2. Go to 'Profile' by clicking on the icon in the right-hand corner.
3. Select 'Personal Information'.
4. Click on the pencil icon in the right-hand corner.
5. Enter the new phone number.
6. Confirm with the code sent via SMS.

To change your phone number on the website:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to 'Profile'.
3. Select 'Personal Information'.
4. Click on the pencil icon in the phone number line.
5. Enter your new phone number.
6. Confirm with the code sent via SMS.

Ensure your new number:

• belongs to the same country as your old phone number
• is not linked to an existing account.
