Paysend Libre is designed to be an instant transfer service so it’s important to make sure you choose the right recipient before you send a payment. We recommend choosing your recipient from your phone’s contacts, rather than typing in their telephone number yourself. Our app will prevent you from sending to someone in an unsupported location.

If you do send money to the wrong person, please contact our customer support team and we’ll do our best to help. If the recipient has not yet accepted the payment, we will try to cancel it for you.
