For us to accept your document, please make sure that:

• The photo must have high resolution, at least 500 KB file size
• The photo must be in JPG format
• All the information of your ID must be readable (No glare, shadows nor skewing)
• If the ID shared is double-sided, please send a photo of both sides as two separate files

Make sure that watermarks (camera logos, capture dates) don't cover up any details or information on the document.
