Paysend is hiring! We are looking to hire a Senior .NET Developer to join our team based in Belgrade! If you are a Senior .NET Developer looking to take the ownership of the role and work with the team of experts on applying best practices and industry standards, passionate about fintech industry and finding the best approaches and technologies, you are at right place!

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and maintaining quality software solutions for our clients
• Collaborating with other engineers, and system analysts to deliver innovative features and products
• Applying best practices and industry standards to ensure code quality, security, and performance
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Inventing new engineering approaches and technologies

What you’ll need to be successful in the role

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Proficient in .NET (we are using .NET 6) and C# programming language
• Experience with data structures, common algorithms and design patterns
• Experience with database development (we are using PostgreSQL)
• Experience with unit testing
• Familiar with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS
• Familiar with virtualization
• Familiar with fintech concepts and technologies, such as payment systems, etc.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
