- How Can I Apply For A Job?
The best way to apply is via our jobs page here. This will mean that your application is against the correct role and been seen by the right recruiter.
- When Can You Expect To Hear From Us after application?
You should receive a notification immediately confirming your application, if not please contact [email protected]. Once we have received your application we aim to respond within 72hrs.
- What is the recruitment process?
Your application will be reviewed and if your profile is suitable for the role, you will be invited for an initial interview with our Talent Acquisition team, following that there would be a capability interview and then an interview to evaluate the impact you would make within the business. Cultural fit is at the very heart of our recruitment process and we will be assessing you against our Paysend Principles. You can learn more about them here.

Whatever you feel comfortable in, we are interested in you, not what you wear!

- Do you offer Hybrid working?
Yes, Paysend is a remote friendly organisation. Predominantly most roles have the expectation for employees to be in the office 2 days per week - This is to encourage and foster increased team collaboration and a sense of engagement and belonging at Paysend. We have offices in London, Miami, Dublin and Belgrade and we encourage employees to utilise these offices for collaboration as much as they like.
- Does Paysend offer sponsorship?
There are jobs for which the company might be able to sponsor visas, depending on the requirements of the job and the qualifications of the candidate. Feel free to apply to any jobs you're qualified for. If the role is appropriate for visa sponsorship and you're qualified for the job, the recruiter will let you know how to proceed with the interview process.
