How to send money to Brazil from USA with Paysend

Sending money to Brazil is quick and secure with Paysend, and there are many options to suit your recipient - you can send money to Brazil Pix, to bank accounts*, and bank cards. Here’s how to transfer money from USA to Brazil - just follow these easy steps:

1. Sign up or log in to the Paysend app or website
2. Select Brazil from the list of countries available
3. Choose to send to your recipient via Pix, their bank account or bank card - all paid out in BRL. 
    - When selecting ‘Pix’, you’ll need your recipient’s Pix key type (CPF tax registration number), email or phone number. Enter the name that matches their ID. You’ll also need to show the Purpose of the Transfer and your Relationship to the Recipient.
    - When selecting ‘To a bank account’, you’ll see a list of banks to choose from. Select the recipient’s bank, and then select the type of bank (Checking or Savings). Next, enter the recipient’s account number, tax ID in Brazil (CPF number), the branch code, name,  Purpose of Transfer, and Relationship to Recipient.
    - When selecting ‘To bank card,’ you’ll need to enter the recipient's 16-digit Visa® card number, name, Purpose of Transfer, and Relationship to the Recipient.
4. Choose the amount you want to send - you’ll see the exact exchange rate and fees before confirming
5. Confirm and send the transfer
    

*We will send your money in real-time, but it could take up to 3 business days depending on your recipient's bank
