I submitted my documents, but the verification wasn't successful

In most cases, verification is carried out automatically within several minutes after uploading the documents.

There could be several reasons for the verification procedure to take longer:

• We are reviewing your data manually.
• The provided data doesn't meet our requirements.
• The provided data is incomplete.
• We need to request additional information.

In any of these situations, we will reach out to you via the email indicated in your Paysend account to notify you of the verification results.
