How to send money for cash pickup in Lebanon:
- Go to the 'Transfers' section and press 'Send'.
- Select Lebanon as the destination country.
- Choose 'Cash pickup' as the delivery method.
- Enter the amount to send or the amount the recipient should receive.
- Choose your payment method.
- Review all details and press 'Confirm & Send'.
How to receive a cash payment:
- For first-time recipients: Your recipient will receive an SMS prompting them to download the Purpl app and pass verification.
- Returning recipients will receive an email and a push notification in the app.
- They can choose a nearby cash pick-up location in the app (including ATMs).
- Enter the OTP at the ATM to receive cash.
Note: The maximum limit per transfer is 2000 USD. Only amounts in multiples of 10 USD can be withdrawn.
