How can I get a transfer receipt or a statement?

You can easily download or request a PDF copy of your Paysend money transfer receipt or a full statement of all your transfers.

To get a receipt for a specific transfer:

• Log in to your Paysend account.
• Select the transfer you need a receipt for.
• Tap 'Help & More' in the top right corner.
• Choose 'Get receipt'.
• Enter your email address and select 'Send'.

Your PDF receipt will be sent straight to your inbox. It includes all transaction details and serves as your official transfer confirmation.

To get a statement of all your transfers:

• Log in to your Paysend account.
• Tap on the 'Profile' tab in the top right corner of the app.
• Select 'Get transfer' statement.
• Choose the period you’d like to include.
• Enter your email address and select 'Get statement'.

Your PDF statement will be emailed to you and will show a summary of all your money transfers for the chosen period.
