Option 1: Download the document from an online banking profile.
Most banks offer the option to download receipts of your payments or generate bank statements for a selected period of time. This option is usually available through your online banking profile accessed through your bank's website or app.
Option 2: Contact your bank for help.
If you have difficulties downloading a statement on your own, we recommend contacting your bank's customer support. A bank representative should be able to help you generate the needed document.
