To verify your address, you will need to provide a recently issued document where your name, full residential address, and the document issue date are indicated.

Prepare one of the documents:

• utility bill issued within the last 3 months
• bank statement issued within the last 3 months
• tenancy agreement for the current year
• mortgage statement for the last full year
• valid non-provisional driving license
• council tax bill for the current council tax year.
