How do I edit my Paysend profile?

Depending on your account type, you may be able to edit your Paysend profile and update some of your personal details directly in the app.

To update your profile details in the Paysend app:

  • Open the Paysend app.
  • Tap the ‘Profile’ icon in the upper-right corner.
  • Select ‘Personal info’.
  • Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner.

Choose the type of information you’d like to update and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you have a Paysend card or multi-currency account

If any of your personal details have changed (such as your name, address, or ID information), please contact our Customer Support team via online chat or by emailing help@paysend.com.

Our team will verify your details and make the necessary updates for you.
