How can I add money to my Paysend account?

We offer several methods of topping up your Paysend multi-currency account:

• From a Mastercard or Visa bank card.
• Via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• From a bank account.

The available top-up methods will depend on the chosen top-up currency: GBP, EUR, CZK or PLN. Depending on your country of registration∗, you might also have the option of using your local base currency to make top-ups:

• If you registered with a UK phone number, your base currency is GBP.
• If you are registered in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Norway, Romania or Sweden, the base currency of your Paysend account is your local currency.
• For all other registration countries, the base currency is EUR.

∗The country of registration is assigned automatically, based on the phone number you used when signing up with Paysend.
