Which currencies support holding and spending money?

You can hold up to 13 currencies in your multi-currency account: GBP, EUR, USD, CNY, CZK, PLN, DKK, HUF, NOK, SEK, CHF, RON, and BGN.

However, there are a limited number of currencies you can use to top up your account: GBP, EUR, CZK, and PLN. Depending on your country of registration∗, you may also use your local base currency to make top-ups:

• United Kingdom — GBP
• Bulgaria — BGN
• Czech Republic — CZK
• Denmark — DKK
• Hungary — HUF
• Norway — NOK
• Romania — RON
• Sweden — SEK

For all other registration countries, the base currency is EUR.

The top-up methods will depend on the chosen top-up currency. Once you top up your account in one of the supported top-up currencies, you will be able to convert the money to any other available currency.
