How can I get a virtual Paysend card?

Paysend Cards & Accounts is no longer available to customers in the UK and EEA countries who registered with Paysend on or after 8 June 2023.

The following information applies only to customers who registered before 8 June 2023.

You may open a virtual Paysend card by following the instructions below:

  • Open the Paysend app;
  • Go to the ‘Cards’ section: a. If you don’t have a plastic Paysend card, press 'Get Paysend card' and choose 'Virtual'; b. If you have a plastic Paysend card, press 'Get virtual card'.
  • Press ‘Continue’;
  • Select the currency account you want to use and link the card to it.

You can re-link your card to another existing currency account at any time.

The Paysend virtual card is activated immediately after opening if you have already confirmed your identity.

In order to view your card details:

  • Open the Paysend app;
  • Go to the ‘Cards’ section;
  • Choose 'Virtual’;
  • Press ‘View card details’.
