How can I withdraw money from my Paysend balance?

Withdrawing money from your Paysend balance is quite similar to making transfers through Paysend. Here's how to make your first balance withdrawal:

  • Open your Paysend app.
  • Press the icon in the top-right corner and choose 'Withdraw'.
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  • Press 'Add withdrawal option'.
  • Enter the details of your withdrawal method.
  • Press 'Withdraw' to confirm.

The money should be delivered shortly. In rare cases, the withdrawal may take up to 3 business days.

What is a business day?

Business days are the days when banks are open for work, usually from Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays don't count as business days.
