You can use any 5B ATM located in Guatemala to withdraw cash from your Paysend Libre card.

To withdraw the money, you need to verify your identity by providing your ID and some personal information.

To prepare the money for the cash pickup:

• Open the Paysend app.
• Press 'Withdraw' in the top-right corner and then 'Add withdrawal option'.
• Choose 'Cash pickup at 5B ATM'.
• Enter the withdrawal amount.
• If you haven't verified your identity yet, you'll be asked to provide information for verification.
• Confirm the withdrawal with your passcode.

You will get an SMS with a security code to withdraw the money. You'll also be able to check it on the transaction page by pressing 'How to pick up money'.
