To send money from your bank account via Tink, please follow these simple instructions:
- Click on the 'Send' button in the 'Transfers' section.
- Select the destination country and the desired receiving currency. Note that the available currencies depend on the specific corridor.
- Select how you want the money to be received, which will vary depending on the sending and receiving countries.
- Provide the necessary details of the person or organisation receiving the money.
- Enter the amount you want to send (on the left) or the amount you want the recipient to receive (on the right).
- Select 'Tink' as the payment method.
- Review the transfer details and press 'Confirm & Send'.
- Select your bank from the list provided.
- Confirm the payment in your banking application or on the bank's website.
Please note:
- If your bank is not listed, please select from the available options.
- It might take up to 3 business days for the payment through Tink to be processed. Once the funds have been successfully transferred to our Paysend account, we will immediately forward them to the recipient.
- The time it takes for the funds to be credited to the recipient's bank account depends on the recipient's bank and can vary from a few minutes to up to 3 working days.
