Transfers from Portuguese bank accounts via MBWay

To send money from your bank account via MBWay, please follow the simple instructions below:

• Click on the 'Send' button in the 'Transfers' section.
• Select the destination country (please note that the available credit currencies vary depending on the corridor selected).
• Select the receiving method (options depend on the sending and receiving countries).
• Enter the recipient's details.
• Enter the amount you wish to send (on the left) or the amount you wish the recipient to receive (on the right).
• Select MBWay as the payment method.
• Review the transfer details and click 'Confirm & Send'.
• Select your bank from the list provided.
• Confirm the payment in MBWay app.

Once the transfer has been successfully processed, Paysend will automatically forward the transfer to your recipient. It's easy sending online money transfers with Paysend.

Please note that it might take up to 1 business day for the payment through MBWay to get processed.

If the withdrawal was successful but we couldn't deliver the transfer to your recipient, the funds will be returned to your bank account within 1 business day.
