'Payment processing' status

Your transfer is currently awaiting payment confirmation- this means that we're waiting for your bank to approve the withdrawal. Once the payment is confirmed, we will forward the money to the recipient.

How long does it take?

• Card transfers: usually confirmed within a few minutes, but can take up to 1 hour in rare cases.
• Bank transfers: may take up to 3 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

What is a business day?

Business days are the days when banks are open for work, usually from Monday to Friday.

Weekends and public holidays don't count as business days.
