'Transfer in progress' status

Your payment was successful, and your transfer is on its way. Most transfers are delivered within minutes, but in rare cases, it may take up to three business days to get processed by receiving bank.

Why can it take longer?

It can happen for various reasons:

• It's the weekend or public holiday in the recipient's country.
• The recipient's bank is about to accept the transfer.

Even though many banks work on weekends and holidays, some transfers are only fully completed on the next business day.

Weekends and public holidays don't count as business days.
