If a money request hasn't been paid, it can easily be cancelled either by a payer or by a recipient of the funds. Here's what you will need to do:
- Go to the ‘Transfers’ tab in the app or the ‘Requests’ tab on the website.
- Choose the pending request by tapping or clicking on it.
- Press on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose the 'Decline request' or 'Cancel request' option.
Please note:
- If unpaid, a money request is cancelled automatically within 30 days.
- It's not possible to cancel a request if the sender has tried to pay for it and their payment is being processed.
