To pay for a money request:
- Go to the ‘Transfers’ tab in the app or the ‘Requests’ tab on the website.
- Choose the pending request by tapping or clicking on it.
- Press ‘Send money’ and follow further instructions to pay for the transfer.
- If you wish to decline the money request, press on the three dots in the upper right corner instead and choose the 'Decline request' option.
Please note:
- A request can be paid within 30 days from its creation date.
