How do I request money?

You can request money via both our website www.paysend.com and the Paysend app. If you are using the website, please log in to your account, click on the 'Requests' tab and then on the 'New Request' button.

If you would like to send the money request via the app, please log in to your account via the app, go to the 'Transfers' section and click on the 'Request' button.

You will need to enter the sender's phone number or select a sender from your contact list, enter the amount, enter your card details or select one of your linked cards and press 'Continue'.

The recipient of the transfer request will receive an SMS notification with a link to accept the request and complete the transfer. They will have 30 days to accept your money request before it expires.

You can track the status of your request in your account.
